AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY

Every timepiece sold by Rafflesia Vintage is 100% authentic and carefully inspected by our experienced watchmakers prior to sale.

All prices are denominated in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

We offer a 12-month mechanical warranty covering internal movement faults not caused by accidental damage or misuse. Should any mechanical issue arise within this period due to no fault of your own, we will repair the watch at no cost.

Please note that due to the age and nature of vintage watches, we do not guarantee water resistance unless explicitly stated in the accompanying authenticity document. We recommend keeping your watch away from water and high humidity.

SHIPPING

All items are carefully packed using recycled materials, bubble wrap, and ample cushioning to ensure safe transit.

• Singapore: Orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance.

• International: We ship via FedEx International, fully insured and trackable.

For international orders, please note that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the full retail value of the item on customs forms.

Please also note: Some exotic leather straps (e.g., alligator or lizard) may be restricted from import into certain countries due to wildlife protection laws such as CITES regulations.

In cases where we are unable to ship the strap legally, the strap will be removed prior to shipment. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reaching out to us before purchase if you have concerns about leather strap restrictions in your country.

RETURNS

As each vintage watch is unique and carefully handled, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you receive a watch with a mechanical fault not caused by mishandling, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with detailed photos or videos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
